Over 40 years of trusted relationships in UK property investment and development.

Scott Spiro

I have spent over 40 years advising clients in the London and UK property investment and development markets.

I previously owned and ran a substantial brokerage business in Marylebone, which I sold through a management buyout in December 2025 as I turned 60.

Over the years I have had the privilege of being involved in a number of significant transactions on behalf of private and institutional clients from the UK and overseas. Just as important as the deals themselves are the relationships built along the way, and I am fortunate to have close contact with long standing clients including a number of well known and highly respected individuals, companies, institutions and family offices.

After selling my brokerage business, I chose to work with only a small group of trusted and highly active clients so I can focus properly on them and the opportunities we are involved in.
